Badr Hari into boxing.

On on January 28, 2012 we saw the last striking match of the one of the most talented fighters in the history of kickboxing. His opponent, Saki, is himself a great talent, and I am sure that he has trained hardly for this bout, but unfortunately the match ended in round one by an ugly K1. I really hoped it will be a decision, but Saki was no match for the Moroccan. Sincerely it was so bad that I really thought that the Turkish simply gave him the match, so I looked again and again to see what went wrong and I think I found the reason why Badr looked so damn strong: because he in fact was. For the first time in his career I saw him boxing. Saki’s couldn’t deal with the speed and especially the accuracy of the punches, unusual for a kickboxer and especially unusual for the all blazing Hari.  But let’s not be deceived, he is not a boxer yet and clearly can’t stand a chance against a top level fighter in the boxing ring right now, but what I can tell you is that his progress is amazing, and I think that in two years he can be The Next Heavyweight Boxer…
